Any child care payment made during a period of total ineligibility for Cash will be processed through the Cash overpayment by the CAO.
CCIS will process all other potential overpayments for child care.
The provisions of Supplemental Handbook, Chapter 910, Overpayment Recovery, apply to a recipient of child care payment, except that the provision for recoupment of an overpayment does not apply to child care related overpayments. 55 Pa. Code § 168.91
