Medicare Part B Premium:  $104.90

Most individuals enrolled in Medicare Part B prior to January 1, 2010 were responsible to pay $96.40 per month.

Effective January 1, 2012 the majority of Medicare Part B enrollees will pay a set rate of $99.90 per month, no matter when they enrolled in Medicare Part B .

Effective January 1, 2013 the majority of Medicare Part B enrollees will pay a set rate of $140.90 per month, no matter when they enrolled in Medicare Part B.
