An applicant may voluntarily withdraw his or her application at any time before the eligibility decision is made. If the applicant withdraws the application, the CAO must document the reason for withdrawal.
The CAO must reject the application in e-CIS using the appropriate rejection code (see Chapter 677, Appendix A).
