The CAO does not apply these limits or determine income or resource eligibility or a patient pay amount if the HCBS applicant or participant receives SSI.
Exception: The CAO will use these limits to determine if an applicant for the MA 0192 Waiver Program who is receiving MNO is eligible to receive NMP.
