At application, a household must report all countable resources it has or expects to receive during the certification period. 7 CFR § 273.12(a)
Households enrolled in SAR must report changes at renewal or on the next SAR form the household receives, whichever comes first. 7 CFR § 273.12(a)(2)
Households not enrolled in SAR must report any countable resources it acquires during the certification period, by the 10th day of the month following the month it gets them.
