The household makes a written or oral request;
7 CFR § 273.17(a)
The CAO discovers a loss of benefits;
7 CFR § 273.17(b)
NOTE: When the CAO discovers the loss, it must automatically restore benefits without requiring the household to request restored benefits.
A fair hearing decision is favorable to the household; or
7 CFR § 273.15(s)(1)
The household disputes in court a disqualification for intentional program violation and the court reverses the disqualification.
