Whether the CAO discovers an error or the household asks for restored benefits, the CAO must notify the household of the following:
The household's entitlement to lost benefits
The amount of benefits to be restored
The amount of any overissuance being offset
The method of restoration
The household's right to appeal
The CAO must send a notice of ineligibility if requested benefits are denied.
