(2) For SNAP, a facility that prepares and serves at least half of residents' meals (more than 50 percent of three meals daily) as part of its services and has not been authorized to accept SNAP benefits.

A person who lives in a facility that provides them with the majority of their meals (more than 50 percent of three meals daily). The facility also provides shelter and services to the children of abused women residing in the facility.; or (e) a resident of a public or private nonprofit shelter for the homeless.
