When the CAO issues restored benefits, the case record must contain the following information:
The reason for restoring lost benefits
The computation of the amount of restored benefits
The balance of benefits to be restored to the household when the household asks to have benefits restored over several months
A copy of the overissuance claim if one is used to reduce the amount of restored benefits
