The NVRA rules say that the CAO must be sure that the name of the agency where a voter registered is not made known to the public. Do not list your name or address, the CAO's name or address or the Department's name anywhere on the Voter Registration Application form (DSBE 600). See Chapter 930, Safeguarding Information.
