IMCWs will be notified by their supervisors when an adult in their caseload is within 30 days of reaching the TANF time limit. This will allow the IMCW to schedule and complete the partial renewal interview before the end of TANF time limit. Alert #193 will notify the IMCW when an adult head of household or spouse of head of household reaches 1,830 TANF days. The IMCW will have 10 days from the alert date to update eCIS and authorize Extended TANF eligibility.
