The PA 600HC is the preferred paper form used at renewal.
Documentary evidence of citizenship, nationality and identity must be contained in the case record.
Ensure that the child's medical condition has not changed.
Review the child for all other MA categories prior to renewing the Children with Special Needs Category.
ECIS will set the renewal due date. The CAO will review and change the renewal date if required. The system will set an alert for the due date.
