The Office of Income Maintenance (OIM) headquarters compares the Central Management Information Center files with the eCIS files. When a match is found, a case folder is prepared. The folder includes the following materials:
Copies of the State Employee Match Report
SNAP and Cash Assistance transcripts
Payroll history
The Area Manager must give the folder to the Executive Director.
