Changes must be reported by the 10th of the month following the month of the change.
Cash budgets not in SAR must report the following:
Receipt of a lump sum amount
An increase in current gross unearned income of more than $50 a month
Receipt of new unearned income
A job start
Once notified of a change in income, a plan to verify the income is made according to Section 170.5.
Cash budgets in SAR must report the following:
Receipt of new unearned income
Receipt of a lump sum amount
An increase in gross earned income of more than $100 a month for budgets with known earned income
An increase in gross unearned income of more than $50 a month
A job start for budgets with no earned income
A change in employment that results in an increase in income of more than $100 a month

All Cash Assistance budgets must report the following:
A change in living arrangements
A change of address
A change in household composition
A change in marital status
A change in real property ownership
A change in resource ownership
A change in student status if category or income exemption is affected
A change in residence
Pregnancy
A change in medical insurance coverage
A change in the need for special items
A change of address or circumstances of absent parents that would affect support if the change is known to the recipient.
