The entire budget group is ineligible for the whole month if one of the following budget group members is on strike on the last calendar day of the month: 55 Pa. Code § 141.41(c)
The biological parent
The adoptive parent
The sole TANF dependent child
If another member of the budget group is on strike, only that individual is ineligible for the month.
