An automated interface provides information to PACSES for:
Case closure;
Transferring a case to another county;
NOTE: The receiving CAO must authorize a PA/CS 643 Application for Support Services to be generated when an inter-county transfer case is received.
Suspending a case for one month due to increased income that is expected to last for only one month;
Removing a child for whom support is being paid and/or owed by the LRR from a budget group/case record, or transferred to another budget group/case record
The PA/CS 293 is system generated when any of the above events are completed.
