These codes are entered on the ETP Project Enrollment screen in eCIS, and the review dates include:

54 - Caregiver good cause, does not meet exemption criteria

55 - Miscellaneous short-term good cause not related to childcaredomestic violence, or caregiver services

56 - Child care arrangements pending, 30-day maximum

57 - Child care is not available (documented with PA 1697)

58 - Domestic violence

73 - One parent in a two-parent household who is caring for a child for less than 12 months

90 - In a two-parent household, if the second parent is already meeting the 40-hour weekly RESET requirement for the entire household without receiving childcare, the other parent may receive good cause from RESET.
