The CAO will provide an allowance for clothing and personal care items for a TANF recipient who is to be admitted to a rehabilitation center or residential school if the following conditions are met:
The recipient does not have the initial supply of specified clothing and personal care items; and
The items are required as a condition of admission.
If the above conditions are met, the CAO will authorize an OTI for the total cost of the required items as specified in Appendix D.
NOTE: If the facility requires more than one unit of a particular item, the CAO will multiply the listed price by the number of units required.
