The CAO must conduct a personal interview, either face-to-face or by telephone, for renewals every 12 months with clients who are required to participate in Semiannual Reporting (SAR).
The SAR form received during the sixth month is sufficient and timely to meet the requirements of a six-month desk review. See Chapter 176, Renewal.
eCIS will set a SAR review due date for SAR cases six months from the application or last renewal.
