The new FSA will be applied automatically to each open budget that is receiving a grant based on the maximum FSA.
This includes:
Zero cash grants;
Budgets not receiving a payment due to the $10 minimum payment provision;
Budgets receiving less than the full FSA due to the adjustment of income; and
Budgets receiving more than the full FSA due to receipt of a recurring special items allowance.
The system will increase the payment for the appropriate date and provide the person with notification of the change.
