When the CAO determines that there is a period of total cash ineligibility, any child care allowances made during that time are included as part of the recipient’s cash overpayment.
The ELRC will process all other client or provider potential overpayments for child care.
The provisions of Supplemental Handbook, Chapter 910, Overpayment Recovery, apply to a recipient of child care payment, except that the provision for recoupment of an overpayment does not apply to child care related overpayments.
