family size allowance (FSA)

(1) For Medical Assistance, the monthly NMP limit used for eligibility determination for TANF/GA-related categories. Amounts are determined by the number of persons in the applicant/recipient group and the county of residence.

(2) For Cash Assistance, the maximum monthly cash payment that may be made to recipients of TANF or GA to meet basic needs for food, clothing, incidentals, shelter, and utilities. Amounts are determined by family size and county of residence.
