minor parent

(1) For TANF eligibility, a person under age 18 who has never been married and is the natural parent of a dependent child living with the minor parent or is pregnant.

(2) For GA eligibility, a person age 16 or 17 who has never been married and is the natural parent of a dependent child living with the minor parent or is pregnant.
