When an application is incomplete, DHS must send the applicant a notice with the following information:
The name of the applicant.
The information needed to complete the application.
The date the pending information is needed.
When an incomplete application is data-entered into the system, an incomplete notice is generated automatically and is mailed to the applicant. Incomplete notices are generated daily.
