Consolidated Waiver for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities

A Medical Assistance Home and Community-Based Service (HCBS) Program. It provides services that allow an eligible person age 3 and older to live in the community rather than reside in an Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/ID). The Waiver is run by the Office of Developmental Programs.
