Income Limits—Effective January 15, 2025

Resource Limit   

• $10,000
• The resource limit is equal to or less than $10,000, regardless of family size.
• The applicant’s resources are always included.
• The resources of the applicant’s spouse are included

NOTE: Do not exclude resources for families with children under 21 in the household.
