An individual who is eligible for a Medical Assistance Program which provides payment of the Medicare Part B premium for elderly/disabled individuals who are entitled to Medicare Part A, whose income exceeds 100% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines but is less than 120%, whose resources do not exceed twice the SSI limit, and are not otherwise eligible for Medical Assistance benefits.
