Screen Description:

w	Provides access to the general IEVS inquiry and request transactions. These transactions include general reports, summaries, inquiries, and request capabilities specific to each data exchange source. It provides assistance to low volume users and aids in accessing infrequently used transactions.
w	It consists of a list of the Transaction Codes and entry fields for mandatory and optional parameters.
w	All information fields are provided with a heading to identify the data to be entered and a preset transmit field.

IVREQI	Information Request	Permits an SSN to be added to specified data exchange sources or a request for the most current information available from the specified data exchange sources.
IVINQS	Status Inquiry	Provides information on the status of an SSN with the data exchange sources. May be used to determine if an SSN is included in any of the data exchanges and to determine the type of information available.
IVQDET	Detail Inquiry	Provides current information from a specific data exchange source(s) for a specific SSN and provides access to the disposition update screen for that data exchange source.
BIACTN	Buy-In Action	This transaction/screen is pending future implementation of the Buy-In system on the IEVS database.
IVQCAN	Claim Account Number Inquiry	Allows worker to access the MBR Individual Detail screen using the individual's Claim Account Number rather than the SSN.
IVQHST	History Inquiry	Provides historical information by year accumulated from a specific data exchange source for a specific SSN.
IVREQC	Cancel Request	Permits the operator to cancel an IVREQI transaction for an SSN or group of SSNs, on the same day it was entered. A Note: IVREQC is an update transaction
IVCLST	Confirmation List	Provides a listing of all updates posted on a specific date to the IEVS database as a result of matches with the data exchange sources. The date must be one of the previous ten workdays.
IVSUPR	Update Transaction List	Provides a listing of the update transactions entered on the IEVS database. Optional parameters allow the listing to be specific to transaction completed by county, district, operator ID, caseload, worker ID, and PID for a specific date. The requested date must be one of the previous ten workdays.
IVQCSL	Caseload Summary	Provides a listing by caseload and by data exchange source of the current information. The caseload summary can be accessed to display all pending and disposed information. Information can also be requested by a specific dollar amount and/or for a specific Exchange number, including New Hires Information. (See Using IEVS Chapter 2, Inquiry Transactions Section, New Hires “N” Transactions.)
IVSCSL	Pending Disposition Report	Provides a listing by county or district or caseload of the number of dispositions pending and the length of time the dispositions have been pending. Data exchange sources are not identified on this listing, unless New Hires Information is specifically requested. (See Using IEVS Chapter 2, Inquiry Transactions Section, New Hires “N” Transactions.)
IVPEND	Exchange Pending Disposition Report	Provides a listing by county or district or caseload of the number of dispositions pending and the length of time the dispositions have been pending for three specified time periods. The time periods are 10, 45, and 90-days to correspond to the respective mandates. Data exchange sources are not identified on this listing.
IVGLOS	Glossary	Provides definition of the terms used by the data exchange sources and appearing on the detail screens. When appropriate, tips are provided to indicate action to be taken on the information available.
CQMENU	CIS Inquiry Menu	Provides access to the CIS menu for CIS inquiry transactions.
