The IEVS Status Inquiry screen provides information if an SSN is included in IEVS. Provides capability of entering up to 9 SSNs to obtain status of specific exchange information already on IEVS, if any. |
w |
After completing the SSNs and XMITTING, the Status Detail Inquiry Screen will be displayed. |
w |
The result screen will indicate if information is available for any or all of the data exchanges and also the type of information. |
w |
The type of information available is indicated by a Status Inquiry Code. One status code will be displayed under each exchange column for each SSN. See Chapter 12 for a complete list of the Inquiry Status Codes. |
w |
A status code of "D" should be given priority as it indicates a worker disposition is pending |
w |
Individual Detail screens for all exchanges can be accessed directly by transmitting from the "D" status code. To return to the Status Inquiry screen from the Individual Detail screen, use the pass-off menu at the bottom of the Individual Detail screen. |
w |
Transmitting from the “H” status code will display the latest history screen available. |
