At application, a household must report all countable resources it has or expects to receive during the certification period.
A household enrolled in semiannual reporting (SAR) must report changes at renewal or on the next "Semiannual Reporting Form" (PA 564) the household receives, whichever comes first.
A household not enrolled in SAR must report any countable resources it acquires during the certification period by the 10th day of the month following the month it obtains them.
