The CAO must send the Client Verifications Requirements (PA 162VR) allowing the household 10 calendar days to resolve conflicting information when:
The CAO discovers that a household has not reported information that appears on the Income Eligibility Verification System (IEVS); or
The CAO discovers that information from IEVS conflicts with statements made by the household.
If the household refuses or fails to cooperate in resolving the conflict, the CAO must propose to stop benefits by sending an Advance Notice of Adverse Action.
