Adult - A person who is age 21 or older.
Minor Child - A person who is under 21 years of age.
Living with – Using the same family living quarters. Temporary absences for reasons such as hospitalization, detention, and working elsewhere do not interrupt the arrangement.
Personal Property – A privately owned possession which is not real property. The term includes, but is not limited to, property acquired by inheritance, personal injury and other damage awards and settlements, and income which a person can apply for or which is owed to him such as delayed wages, unemployment compensation, workers’ compensation, sick benefits, and initial and delayed federal benefits.
Right or cause of action – Right to file suit or a legal right to maintain an action to recover damages.
Unemancipated minor child – A child under age 21 who has never married or has had the marriage annulled, and who remains under the control of their parents whether or not the child lives in the parental household.
