The CAO must send Voter Registration Application forms (DSBE 600) to the County Voter Registration Office within 10 days after they are completed at the office.
NOTE: If a form is completed at the CAO within 5 days of the voter registration deadline for the next election, the CAO must send it to the County Voter Registration Office within 5 days.
Applicants can mail their forms directly to the County Voter Registration Office. Addresses are printed on the forms and can be found at http://www.vote.pa.gov.
If the applicant mails the form, it must be received by the County Voter Registration Office no later than 15 days before the next election.
