Homeless clients must prove that they are living in Pennsylvania. See Section 123.6. Homeless clients do not need to have a permanent address or fixed residence. They do need a mailing address where the budget group can receive benefits and CAO correspondence. The mailing address should be one where mail will not be lost or stolen. It can be any of the following:
·A friend or relative’s address;
A post office box;
A cooperating social service agency's address;
As a last resort, the CAO's address.
